Domestic shipping USA only
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email.
If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@hempwithacause.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refund & Return Policy

We’re sure you’re going to love HEMPHONEY, but in case you don’t, we will happily issue a full refund of your first purchase for any product within 30 days of its delivery date for any reason. 100% guaranteed. Past the 30-day window, we reserve the right to process any returns or refunds at our discretion.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@hempwithacause.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us via email sales@hempwithacause.com and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
