SHODEN® is a proprietary extract of ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce stress and anxiety. SHODEN® contains high levels of withanolides, bioactive compounds that have been shown to enhance the body's
natural GABA production. Clinical studies have shown that SHODEN® may have therapeutic potential for stress, anxiety, and sleep quality. A 2020 study found that SHODEN® significantly reduced cortisol levels and improved sleep quality in healthy adults (5). Another study published in 2021 found that SHODEN®
